What are classes like?
What are classes like? We will teach you either Pilates, yoga, or both! Our classes are designed to center around the core as well as your fitness needs. We will also focus on peace, tranquility, peace of mind, balance, flexibility, core strength, as well as upper and lower body strength.
What is
pilates? Pilates is a physical fitness
system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates in Germany.
Pilates called his method Contrology, because he believed his method uses
the mind to control the muscles.
What is yoga?
Yoga is a healing system of theory and practice. It is a combination of
breathing exercises, physical postures, and meditation that has been
practiced for more than 5,000 years.
